Booking Information

We look forward to welcoming you and kindly ask you to note the following times:

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM – Early check-in is possible; however, we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure at the latest.
• Late check-out is not available.
• No parking available on the day of departure.
• If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please notify us by phone in advance.
• Subletting, transferring the room to others, or changing guests during your stay is not permitted.

A booking is only valid after you have received a written booking confirmation!

Online Booking

• Online bookings are processed securely via our booking platform partner, CapCorn Company Software GmbH. This booking form is integrated into our website with SSL encryption.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price.
• Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 80% of the total package price.
• Within the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we kindly ask you to pay the agreed deposit within 7 days.

• Your booking becomes binding once we have received the deposit.
• You are welcome to pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival or transfer it in advance free of charge.
• Payments can be made in euros, in cash, by debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.

We recommend our guests take out appropriate insurance for added security before and during their trip.

One garage parking space per room is reserved for you (a 6-minute walk away). Parking is available from 10:00 AM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Additional parking spaces are available upon request (€15 per day), max height 2.20 m. We disclaim liability for any possible damages.

Reception

• Our reception is open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Breakfast Buffet

• Breakfast served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
• Breakfast on the day of arrival is €20.00 per person.

Allergies / Special Diets

• Please inform us before your arrival if you require special dietary considerations.

Short Stays

• For short stays up to four nights, we charge an additional fee of €10.00 to €18.00 per person per night.

Ski Locker

• Each room has its own heated and lockable ski locker in the ski room.

Smoking & Non-Smoking

• Please note that smoking is not permitted in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

Internet

• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
